How much does Workhand cost?
Workhand has three plans. Free is $0 per month with 1 active job and 1 team member, useful for testing the product before committing. Pro is $34.99 per month for up to 5 team members with unlimited jobs, estimates, invoices, subcontractor tracking, and time tracking. Team is $89.99 per month for up to 15 team members and adds job costing, per-job profit, QuickBooks Online sync, sales pipeline, customer portal, and priority support. Both paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Pro ($34.99 per month) and Team ($89.99 per month) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can also use the permanent Free plan with 1 active job and 1 team member as long as you want, no trial expiration.
Do I have to call sales to get pricing?
No. Workhand pricing is flat and published. $34.99 per month for Pro, $89.99 per month for Team. No demo call required, no quote process, no annual contract minimum. Download the app, pick a plan, start working.
What payment processing fees does Workhand add to customer invoices?
Zero. Workhand uses Stripe Connect for customer invoice payments. You pay Stripe's actual processing rate (2.9% + 30 cents per transaction for card payments) and Workhand adds 0% on top. Most contractor invoicing apps add 1 to 2 percentage points of platform markup on top of Stripe. On a $20,000 progress invoice, that markup is $200 to $400 you do not pay with Workhand.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Workhand is a month-to-month subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. No cancellation fee, no minimum term. If you cancel mid-billing-period, the subscription stays active until the end of that period.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro at $34.99 per month covers most working contractors with crews up to 5 people. It includes all the field workflows: estimates, invoices, jobsite chat, subcontractor tracking, time and mileage tracking, customer review funnel, and pool chemical logs. Team at $89.99 per month extends the user count to 15 and adds job costing, per-job profit tracking, QuickBooks Online sync, sales pipeline and CRM, customer-facing job portal, sales commission tracking, yearly ledger with 1099 exports, and priority support.
Does the price change if I add subcontractors?
No. Subcontractors invited to specific jobs do not count against your team member limit. You can have unlimited subcontractors with COI tracking and per-job chat access on any plan, including Free. The team member count applies only to your own employees.
Does Workhand offer annual billing?
Workhand is currently month-to-month only. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap but not live as of June 2026. Pricing is the same per month whether you stay for 1 month or 12.
